Why burns: “I actually never wanted to take care of Burns initially in my nursing career. My earliest exposures were unfavorable due to the amount of pain the patients suffered. However, our current treatment methods minimize that pain tremendously. I love the challenge of caring for these patients and getting them better and seeing them heal!”
Personal life: "I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, gardening and reading."
