Education: Bachelors in Nursing from Mississippi College (2001); Masters in Nursing focus in Family Nurse Practitioner from University of South Alabama (2020)
Burn experience: Two years
Why burns: "I chose to work with burns because I wanted to make a meaningful difference during some of the most difficult moments in a person's life. Supporting patients through recovery takes compassion, patience, and trust, and I'm passionate about helping people heal physically and emotionally while providing comfort and encouragement along the way. I also wanted to grow professionally and collaborate with a great team who also values quality care.”
Personal life: "I was born and raised in the tri-county area and have remained deeply connected to this community throughout my whole life. I've been married for 28 years and am proud to have three sons, two wonderful daughter-n-laws, and one grandson, with a granddaughter on the way. Family is at the center of my life, and I cherish spending time with them. Outside of work, I love the outdoors, enjoy playing tennis, and enjoy vacations especially time at the beach which is my favorite place to relax and recharge.”
